Limited hardware warranty

Fun Technology Innovation offers an extended warranty to the original purchaser, ensuring that Fun Technology Innovation’s hardware products will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for the extended period specified at the time of purchase (or delivery, as required in certain jurisdictions). This extended warranty is non-transferable, limited to the original purchaser, and applicable only in the country where the product was originally purchased, except as otherwise required by applicable law. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may be available under local laws, which could include longer coverage durations.

How to Start

The extended warranty can be registered on our website within 30 days from the date of purchase, extending the standard warranty period to a total of 3 years of product coverage.
If the extended warranty is not registered within the period, the standard warranty period will apply. The duration of the standard warranty period varies by region.

If you do not find a solution there, contact the retailer from whom you made your purchase. Valid warranty claims are generally processed through the point-of-purchase retailer within the first 30 days after purchase. This period may vary depending on the retailer.

Remedies

Fun Technology Innovation’s total liability and your sole remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at Fun Technology Innovation’s discretion, to either (1) repair or replace the hardware, or (2) refund the purchase price, provided that the hardware is returned to the point of purchase or to another location as directed by Fun Technology Innovation, accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt or a dated itemized receipt. Shipping and handling charges may apply, except where prohibited by applicable law. Fun Technology Innovation may choose to replace your product, offer a functionally equivalent product, or repair it using new, refurbished, or used parts, as long as such parts meet the product’s technical specifications. Any replacement hardware will be covered under warranty for the remainder of the original/extended warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

This warranty does not cover issues or damage caused by (1) accidents, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly; (2) improper operation, maintenance, use not in accordance with product instructions, or connection to an incorrect voltage supply; (3) use of consumables, such as replacement batteries, not provided by Fun Technology Innovation, except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (4) parts originally supplied with the hardware product; (5) parts and accessories not branded by Fun Technology Innovation, even if sold with Fun Technology Innovation’s hardware product; (6) non-Fun Technology Innovation services that may be accessed or controlled through a company hardware product; or (7) normal wear and tear.

This limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or reimbursement of any electronic device or personal property that is not a company product. Additionally, this warranty does not cover company products used by businesses to provide end users with Internet access for a fee.

Limitation of Liability

Fun Technology Innovation will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data (whether direct or indirect), or any commercial loss arising from a breach of any express or implied warranty on your product, even if Fun Technology Innovation has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Duration of Implied Warranties

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for this hardware product is limited to the duration of the applicable express warranty period for your product. In some jurisdictions, limitations on the duration of implied warranties are not permitted, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

National Statutory Rights

Consumers have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. Such rights are not affected by the warranties in this Limited Warranty.

No Other Warranties

None of Fun Technology Innovation’s dealers, agents, or employees are authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty.

Warranty Periods

Please note that, in the European Union, any warranty period shorter than two years will be extended to two years. However, the total extended warranty period remains three years across all regions.
